The problem
The same apartment is often listed on several platforms under different names, photos and fee structures. Knowing whether estaie is actually cheaper for a guest means matching listings, not just comparing headline rates.
What we built
A market intelligence agent that scans rival platforms, identifies the same physical property from address, photos and amenities, and benchmarks the all-in price for the same dates and length of stay. Results feed the pricing agent and the guest-facing comparison.
The trust layer
This agent is deliberately not allowed to change prices. It observes and hands off. That separation matters: an intelligence error becomes a wrong benchmark, never a wrong price. Benchmarks only count above a confidence threshold, and every match is stored with its evidence so it can be checked.
Results
estaie's all-in prices sit about 32% below comparable listings on booking sites, and the business knows it continuously rather than from a quarterly spreadsheet.
What this means for you
Not every agent should act. Some of the most valuable ones only watch, and the safest architecture keeps the watcher and the actor apart.
